No time would  be perfect to solving problems that affect women in Africa than today. The future itself would have its own worries and more complex troubles than any finite mind had ever taught of.
Gender equality  is on the verge of creating more complicated issues  that are related increase numbers of   divorce and it associated problems .This is because the solutions that could promote gender equality were not strategically employed by the world governing bodies on the subject matter. These bodies have failed to use the most powerful weapons such as religion and culture to address the issue of gender equality especially in sub saharan Africa.
The problem of gender inequality in Africa is caused by religion and culture which should not be so.Religion and culture must not oppress but liberate. It must not be ignored cos part of or all societies have that as a bed rock for progress.
"Before there could be any permanent reformation the people must be led to feel their utter inability in themselves to render obedience to God."-E.G White.
This means gender equality is a hard rock that needs a collaborative effort to be broken into.It is one that needs specific roles and responsibilities assigned to relevant stakeholders like Chiefs. However for gender equality to prevail in Africa, religious leaders must be involved .For women to have the power and be freed from abuse ,chiefs in Africa must be persuaded.
Is it only chiefs one can think of ? Certainly no.Most women people in Africa spend much time in churches as well.Religion and culture are key to to liberate women in Africa.
Tossing the coin to the other side, those who formulate the laws governing human development must take into account the views of deprived women since they are the main victims. Those who formulate the laws stand on the strict grounds of internationalization  first before a look at globalization. Those who make the laws are favored by the laws. For the first time, the United Nations should organize a forum for vulnerable women critically examine what affects the women and involve them in decision making irrespective of social status, religion or race.
If gender equality would prevail in Africa ,It is not because the world has worked hard enough to combat this menace, neither struggled for the success of it nor the 'mind box of patriarchy has collapsed' ,instead the minds of the opposition had a thorough understanding of how beneficial it would be for a falling world through mind preparation-transcending between religion and culture.
If Africans would be made to understand that gender equality is not for the woman to have dominance over a man but rather to have equal rights and freedoms ,the Africa super culture would have dynamics.
Ponder over this as most Africans fall within the Muslim and christian sects. It is also worth noting that all Africans belong to a religion including the aetheist. Could the world not use this medium to achieve it goals?
Women in Africa could not be heard because  majority of women in Africa are not angry enough. This makes it difficult for them to be unified and halt issues of abuse immediately.Women who get angry at the evil society does stand to be exceptional. Lehmah Gbowee was angry at the death, suffering and maltreatment of women and children  in Liberia and today she leaves her footprint on our world.
Women must look in the face of justice and act passionately.Women must be bold and defend their course solemnly.Women in Africa must be helped to alter cultural and religious changes. The stronger women should speak for the populated weak and remain as symbols of hope till death.
